General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

1. Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) is to define the terms and conditions under which Wisewand provides its users with access to its SEO-optimized content generation platform, as well as all associated services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”). By using the Wisewand platform, the user acknowledges having read and unreservedly accepted these GTCS.
2. Description of Services
Wisewand is an artificial intelligence platform enabling the automated generation of content optimized for search engine optimization (SEO). The services offered include:
Affiliate mode
- Product reviews
- Product comparisons
- Best products
- Promo codes
Advanced Mode
Full content customization (keyword selection, structuring, integration of tables, lists, internal/external links, etc.)
Autopilot Mode
Automatic content generation and publishing, including:
- Connection to sites (WordPress)
- RSS feed analysis
- Content extraction from YouTube
The platform also allows for external integrations (WordPress, YouTube, RSS feeds) and offers project management tools, persona customization, as well as a credit and subscription system.
3. Order and Service Access Procedures
Orders
Orders are placed exclusively online via the platform. The user selects the plan or number of credits corresponding to their needs and proceeds with payment using the available methods.
Access to Services
Upon payment validation, access to the services is immediate. The user will then be able to benefit from the chosen credits or subscription to generate content according to the available modes and options.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing
The applicable rates are those displayed on the Wisewand website at the time of order. They are indicated in euros excluding taxes (excl. VAT) and may be modified at any time without prior notice, while remaining applicable to previously validated orders.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order and is made using the methods offered on the platform.
Refunds and applicable rights
The Autopilot 90-day guarantee applies under its dedicated section. Payments are otherwise retained except where a contractual refund or applicable statutory right provides otherwise. General acceptance of these terms does not waive a statutory withdrawal right.
Autopilot 90-day guarantee
The Autopilot guarantee is available at no extra charge to all our customers, in every country. To qualify, Autopilot must have been activated and remained active without interruption for 90 days.
If your organic traffic has not grown, simply message our Intercom support team or email [email protected], then book a call with Victor. Together, we will check your account and review your performance in Google Search Console, including any traffic spikes.
As soon as the Wisewand agent confirms that traffic has not grown, we immediately initiate a full refund of the Autopilot payments for the relevant website covering those 90 days. There is no additional approval waiting period. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account then depends on your bank.
If the appointment is inaccessible or no slot can be offered, support arranges the same review with an agent in writing. You do not need to prepare a formal claim file: we retrieve your account information and review GSC with you. The findings are explained using the observed data, and you may ask support to review them again.
This commercial guarantee is additional to your statutory rights and does not limit them. It applies exclusively to Autopilot.
5. User Responsibility
Use of Content
The user is solely responsible for the use they make of the generated content. They must ensure that its use complies with applicable laws and does not infringe upon the rights of third parties.
Data and Settings
The user agrees to provide accurate information and to correctly configure their settings (keywords, briefs, exclusions…). Any error or omission may result in erroneous content for which Wisewand cannot be held responsible.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Generated Content
Content is generated automatically from the data provided by the user. Wisewand does not guarantee its accuracy, relevance, originality, or timeliness.
Scope of commitments
Wisewand does not guarantee a specific search-engine ranking. This does not limit the Autopilot 90-day refund guarantee, other contractual commitments or applicable statutory guarantees.
Liability
These provisions do not deprive users of remedies under applicable mandatory rules. The commercial guarantee does not replace statutory guarantees.
7. Intellectual Property
Algorithms and Methods
The technologies, methods, and tools used remain the exclusive property of Wisewand or its partners.
Generated Content
The generated content is transferred to the user once the order is validated. However, this transfer comes with no guarantee of originality or exclusivity.
8. Suspension and Termination
Breach of Terms and Conditions
Wisewand may suspend or terminate access as permitted by the contract and applicable law. This does not remove accrued refund rights.
Termination by the User
Users may cancel under their subscription terms. Unused periods are not refundable except under the Autopilot guarantee, a contractual refund or applicable statutory rights. Cancellation after the required 90 days does not remove the right to claim the guarantee.

As soon as the agent confirms the lack of growth under the Autopilot guarantee, the full refund is immediately initiated under its dedicated section, without an additional approval waiting period.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an attempt at amicable resolution will be sought before any action before the competent courts.
11. Final Provisions
Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions is necessary for any order. Any subsequent modification will be published on the website. For any questions, the user may contact support via the methods indicated on the Wisewand website.
